The balcony residence
On the first floor, it is mainly the space you experience. Not only inside, but also because of the views all around. On the other side, the morning sun, the lake embedded with old trees, looking from the kitchen you see the vegetables garden. On the west side of the forecourt, the half mile long drive is bathing in the evening sun.
Layout
The large majestic hallway and wide oak staircase lead to the first-floor staircase, where you will find three entrance doors to this residence. One of these entrance doors leads to the cloakroom (with a toilet and shower), from which you enter the large room and the kitchen. Smoking is not allowed inside the building.
The knights’ hall with its beautiful stucco ceiling gives a view of the stream valley and the tea pavilion next to the tennis court. A spacious sitting area with a cloister table and a double four-poster bed can be found here. Adjacent to the knights’ hall is the tower room with 2 beds and a cot. The 2nd bedroom for 2 has a beautiful monumental fireplace and also a spacious balcony with seating, which towers high above the park. Right next to this bedroom is the shower and a separate toilet.
On the other side of this is the third bedroom with four beds. This charming, sunny room is defined by its old fireplace, oak floors and antique furniture.
The fully equipped kitchen (including an oven, dishwasher, ceramic stove, double sink and washing machine) has a spacious eating corner and looks over the higher situated vegetables garden, with a brought path to the chapel.
